If any apparel, goods or services purchased through the Delta Rae Online Store or the Behind The Door Secret Store are not to satisfaction or are delivered damaged, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please contact info@deltarae.com with any questions or to process a refund, return or exchange. We are not responsible for refunds and exchanges with any Sites not owned and operated by Never Die Records.

All “SALE” items purchased are considered final and refunds or exchanges are not available.
All “VIP Experience” purchases are considered final, but if the VIP Experience is cancelled or rescheduled by Delta Rae we will offer you a full refund and/or exchange to the new rescheduled date.
